Mrs. Bivins has served in education for 6 years. This is her third year at Pearl Stephens Elementary. She is overwhelmed with excitement to be working with the scholars at Pearl Stephens. She has a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys sports, listening to music, and spending time with family.
