All students at PSES learn our school-wide expectations of being respectful, responsible, and safe. Students receive Warrior Bucks as positive incentives for behavior and are able to their bucks monthly at our Warrior Store. Below is the school-wide behavior matrix and behavior management flowchart. Both of these documents are used by PSES staff to keep behavior management consistent throughout the school. Teachers and students also participate in morning meetings and even monthly extended meetings to learn social skills and reinforce school wide-expectations. There is also a PBIS team that meets to discuss discipline data and provide classroom management support to teachers and staff through professional learning and mentoring.
