Girls of Pearl

Membership Requirement-5th grade; Individuals interested must complete an application for membership. Club members will then be chosen from the applications and teacher recommendations.

Financial Obligations/Dues- There will be a club t-shirt available for purchase. Additional funds may be required for participation in optional scheduled events.

Mission/Purpose- The purpose of Girls of Pearl is to help students develop positive self-esteem, promote social skills, and an appreciation for serving others.

Planned Activities- The Girls of Pearl will meet once a month before school to learn about manners, etiquette, appropriate social interaction, and communication skills. Girls will also participate in quarterly service learning projects to benefit our local community. Members will earn the opportunity to "show what we know" on special field trips designed to practice these skills.
