My name is Yetteva Towns, and I am proud to be a Warrior at Pearl Stephens Elementary! I am from Taylor County, I received a bachelor’s degree in education from Fort Valley State University, and my master’s in education from Grand Canyon University. I am certified to teach Early Childhood and Elementary Education. This will be my first year at Pearl Stephens after teaching five years with the Bibb County School District.

I have a true passion for working with our youngest learners!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.

Personally, I have been married for 4 glorious years and have four fantastic children who are12, 18, 22 and 23 years old. We love to travel and spend time with friends and family.
